they have very kindly featured my doodle line art pattern in white on CoraL in the 'Throw Pillow' Section. PROUDLY INTRODUCING A NEW DESIGN FOR CHRISTMAS 2018: MY LINO PRINT HOLLY LEAVES COLLECTION - AVAILABLE ON CHRISTMAS PARTY INVITATIONS, PHOTO CARDS AND CO-ORDINATING STATIONERY.
ALL THESE PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE VIA MY ZAZZLE STORE AND ARE HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE.

TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE CHRISTMAS PHOTO CARDS BEFORE BUYING CLICK HERE
OR YOU COULD JUST CLICK ON THE ‘PAPERIE’ SITE CATEGORY AND FIND YOUR OWN WAY.
I CAN’T SAY I REALLY LIKE THE WORD ‘PAPERIE’, IT’S A BIT TWEE AND ANNOYING (AND DEFINITELY NOT FRENCH...), BUT IT’S A MUCH MORE SUCCINCT CATEGORY TITLE THAN ‘INVITATIONS/PHOTO CARDS + STATIONERY’, SO I SUPPOSE I’M STUCK WITH IT UNTIL I CAN THINK OF SOMETHING BETTER.
As well as being available on swatches/fabric, my lino print snowflakes print is also available on ready-made table linen via spoonflower's sister-site roostery.
I designed the print to be modern but elegant so it won't date quickly.
There are 20 colour options to choose from, so choose a neutral color for a christmas table cloth or table runner that you you can use for years to come. On the other hand, If you want a bright pop of color this Christmas, you can always add it with table napkins or place mats in hot pink, acid green or coral.
HEad on over to roostery to have a look.
Do I win an award for most hackneyed blog post title ever? Yaaaaay!
Should I be heavily fined for mentioning Christmas in October? Probably...
Well, I do sort of have an excuse for mentioning Christmas so early.
My new fabric desigN at SPoonflower features lino print stylized snowflakes in a connecting but broken patterN. It is perfect for crafts, quilting and making lovely gifts for your loved ones, so I'm mentioning it now because that stuff takes time to make!
As you can see from the above picture, the design is available in 20 colors; you can choose from soft neutral colors, pastels, bright colors, dark colors and the traditional red. You can buy anything from an 8" x 8" Test Swatch, to a fat quarter, to full yards/meters.
If you're in the UK or Europe, don't worry about ordering from a US-Based company. Spoonflower also has a manufacturing facility in Berlin, so there will be no import charges.
Oh, and if you are into quilting, I have made some 'cheater quilts' from this design and from my lino Print Stars Pattern. The cheater quilts consist of the prints at various mixed scales in 6" sqUAres, so you don't need to piece anything together.
The squares have a very faint shaded line between them, and you can either use the fabric as it is, sew along the lines/borders for a square-padded effect or add a few stitches at the corner of each squarE (my favourite option) for a softer quilted look. The last option is also a great option for kids if they want to make a gift for a friend or family member.
ARE YOU A FAN OF EVERYTHING MID CENTURY? WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND ISN'T...
WELL, GOOD NEWS, MY LATEST DESIGN IS A LARGE SCALE, RETRO, GEOMETRIC, MID CENTURY INSPIRED PATTERN.
THE PATTERN FEATURES LINO-PRINTED GEOMETRIC SHAPES WITH A NICE DISTRESSED INK-TEXTURE. THE SLIGHTLY OVERLAPPED UNDERLYING SHAPES ARE SOLID (RATHER THAN LINO PRINTED), IN A CONTRASTING COLOR, AND THE BACKGROUND IS MADE UP OF OVERLAPPING SKEWED SQUARES AND RECTANGLES.
IT'S AVAILABLE IN 30 COLORS ON A WIDE RANGE OF FABRICS AND ON WALLPAPER AT SPOONFLOWER.
SPOONFLOWER'S SISTER-SITE, ROOSTERY, ALSO OFFERS THE PRINT ON WALLPAPER AS WELL AS ON A RANGE OF READY-MADE CURTAINS, BEDDING, TABLE LINEN AND HOME DECOR. SO IF YOU WANT A LOVELY RETRO YELLOW TABLECLOTH FOR YOUR DINING TABLE OR SOME COOL MID CENTURY STYLE CURTAINS, BUT YOU CAN'T SEW - GET ON OVER THERE AND JUST GET THEM DELIVERED.
THE PRINT IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT A SLIGHTLY SMALLER SCALE ON A RANGE OF HOME DECOR FROM REDBUBBLE, AND I'M IN THE PROCESS OF ADDING IT TO MY SOCIETY6 STORE, BUT IT'S TAKING AGES BECAUSE THEIR UPLOADER IS PAAAAAINFULLY SLOW.
CUSHIONS/PIILOWS FEATURING THIS PATTERN ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FROM ZAZZLE.
Spread the Good Vibes, because there just aren't enough sometimes.
This design features inky, distressed effect 'Good Vibes' text on a subtle ink-textured background. It's simple, low-key and suits a wide variety of rooms.
The design is available in (off) white, black, sunshine yellow, peach, pink, aqua-blue and a lovely orange/red.
Head over to either SOCIETY6 or REDBUBBLE to look at the full range of products.
I like to sleep in a nice, calm, simple bedroom.
Call it minimalist, or scandi, or whatever you like, but really I just like to keep things simple, low-key and non-fussy.
At the end of the day, I don't want to look at any visual clutter, I don't want to have to process any bold colorfuL patterns (as much as I like them) because by the time it comes to hit the hay, I quite often feel like my eyes are about to burst. I also have a problem trying to switch my brain off...
So, I really designed this bedding for myself. It consists of white lino-printed hexagons arranged into a penny-tile pattern on a pale silver-gray. This pattern is also available in the reverse print and in many other colours.
Head to my SPOONFLOWER store to purchase the design on fabric, wallpaper or gift-wrap, and to ROOSTERY if you'd like the design on home decor, wallpaper, bedding and table linen.
My lino-printed stars pattern is now available via SPOONFLOWER & ROOSTERY (and therefore, also via SPROUT).
This means that along with being able to buy the print on a multitude of fabrics via SPOONFLOWER - from organzas to technical fabrics - and on a huge variety of home furnishings via ROOSTERY, such as throw pillows, bedlinen and kitchen/dining room accessories, it's also available as....WALLPAPER!
SPOONFLOWER sells Wallpaper in 2ft x 12ft standard rolls and also as custom length rolls so that you can buy as much or as little as you need, there are two options when it comes to the type of wallpaper: a smooth, water activated (removable) paper, or, a woven peel-and-stick repositionable paper. So if you're renting (or you're just really fickle) this is the wallpaper for you!
ROOSTERY'S isobar wallpaper has a subtle leathered texture, a low-sheen matte finish, and is sold in 2ft by 27ft rolls. This paper is ideal for all room types as it is scratch resistant, PVC-free, FSC Certified, has a Class A fire rating and is mold, mildew and water resistant.
At present there are 15 colors to choose from - there are soft neutral colors, pastels, desaturated colors, brights, a couple of dark blue options and a black and white version.
The soft desaturated colors, such as the gray-green, the beige/light warm gray, and the white and silver options give you the option of having quite a fun print, but in an elegant, grown-up, non-overpowering way.
If you've got a kid who is a massive Harry Potter or Newt Scamander fan (or maybe you are the fan), you should be able to find a suitable color option for your mini witch or wizard's magic-themed bedroom.
The yellows and greens work great for areas that you might want to keep a bit more gender neutral, such as a nursery or playroom, as do the neutrals and darker options.
The dark blues and black color options also work great for anyone who is into outer space, astronomy or astrology.
Stars also obviously work well for birthday's, Christmas and Halloween, so be sure to have a look at all the table linen and napkins etc that ROOSTERY offer.
Here's a lovely simple design for you.
Understated, subtle, low-key and minimal.
Sometimes, when you've been stressed and busy all day, and you feel like your head/eyes/entire being is about to burst, you want to chill-out in a room that is zen and calm and not all up in your face.
This design features a hand printed lino texture (I didn't cut my hands to shreds making this one! Woo-hoo!) in an overlapping geometric design.
There's enough design and texture to make it interesting without it being overwhelming. Of course it comes in white, but there's some lovely soft pastel shades to choose from too.
As always the design is available via my SOCIETY6 store on a wide range of products, including bedding, bathroom decor and soft furnishings. It's also available via my REDBUBBLE store, if you want a cushion cover without the cushion pad.
Ahhhh; this star pattern. I love all my patterns, but this may be my favourite. It's so pretty, but without being twee.
I lino printed the stars individually, scanned and vectorised them, and then spent what felt like years arranging them into a pattern. The pattern is connected but broken which I really like, because it feels so much less 'formal'.
The print is available in my SOCIETY6 store in a range of colours, on lots of products and, as always, the pattern suits so many room types.
I have the grey-on-white print (the reverse print of the curtains featured above) on a cushion/throw pillow in my scandinavian-feel bedroom and it looks great with my neutral colour scheme and wooden furniture.
This print would also look great in a nursery or a kids room, but really, the pattern is subtle and never overwhelming, so add interest to an otherwise plain room with the window curtains, or floor cushion.
It's. Just. So. Pretty.
Here's a little introduction to my lino printed cactus pattern.
I originally created it years ago, but with cactuses / cacti becoming so popular in the last few years, I decided to bring it back in a lino-printed version. Anything that gives me the opportunity to cut my hands to shreds with sharp tools, is always a good idea!
At present I offer the print in black & white, pink & white, and green & white, but I'm sure I'll be adding more colors to the range. because...why not.
The above slide show gives a few examples of what sort of products you can find the print on, but more is available in my SOCIETY6 store.
The reverse print, with the colored cactus print on an off-white (it's not bright white) background, is especially good if you want to mix a few new items in with existing white bedding, or if you want a pattern that is not too overpowering.
